We do our best to ensure that there is a wide range of properties listed on the platform, from large multi million pound developments to smaller, 3 bedroom buy-to-lets to suit all property investors. We have property sourcers and estate agents as members all across the U.K.


The platform is accessible worldwide, however, the properties listed on the platform are only in the U.K. The property sourcers and estate agents registered are also all based in the U.K. International investors are able to create and account and use all of the platform's features too.

We do our best to ensure there is a wide range of properties listed on the platform, both on and off-market properties. The properties will have been viewed, vetted and secured by the property sourcer or estate agent before going live to the platform.

To reserve a property; simply message the property sourcer or estate agent listing the property using our inbuilt messaging service. The property will then be marked as ‘reserved’ on the platform and the rest of the transaction, proof of funds, exchange of contracts etc will take place off the site and at the property sourcers or estate agents discretion.

We verify and pre-vet all of users using the following criteria:

Property Investors:

We ask investors to identify themselves as one of the below:

- Sophisticated Investor (Certified)
- Sophisticated Investor (Self-Certified)
- High Net Worth Individual
- Investment Professional
- Property investor

We also ask for their U.K company number and name if they’re investing through LTD company. We will be increasing the verification checks in the very near future to include proof of funds and identification checks.

Property Sourcers/Estate Agents:

We ask property sourcers and estate agents to provide us with evidence of the following:

- Company Name.
- Company Number.
- Property Redress Scheme ID or Property Ombudsman ID.
- ICO (Information Commissioner's Office ID).
- Professional Indemnity Insurance Number.
- Registration with the FCA for anti-money laundering.

We believe property sourcers and estate agents shouldn’t be paying the earth for third party portal advertising. That’s why we simply only charge one small monthly fee for access to the platform. We also charge absolutely 0% commission on your listed deals, you keep your entire sourcing fee.

Note: While we are building up our initial user base and creating a fair pricing model for our users, the platform is completely free to use. Our main priority will always be value, so we are making sure we provide you with that before anything else.
